What Are Good Pillows for Sleeping on Your Back?
Category: Goose Down Pillows Answers
Normally I sleep on a side, but I'm trying to start sleeping on my back. Anyone have good recommendations of pillows that could help me do this? Also where to get them online?

contour pillows....that would be the best.
I am a back sleeper and use a 100% down pillow. A bit expensive but worth it.
The big deal is your airway. Thats what snoring is. Lay on your back and experiement with different levels of pillows. You will find that the more you are pushing your chin to your chest the more your airway is affected. Try under your neck so that your head is tilted back. Experiment before you go paying money for some memory foam, head-a-pedic, beaded, massage-a-low.
I paid $60 each for my Temperpedic brand pillows...I use two of them, and they were worth every single penny!
They have various sizes & shapes as well.
Someone else said Down pillows, and I would concur that they are awesome as well.
Either a memory foam pillow or a down pillow would be a great choice. Memory foam moulds according to the shape of your head, neck and shoulders to provide you a greater support.
Maybe you could try a goose down and memory foam pillow too. It is made of a top layer goose down and a lower layer of memory foam.
